For example, let's say that you have three people come and tour with us, and
then one of them buys. You receive a total of 275 points (3 x 25 for
the tours plus 200 for the sale).
Redeem Credits
We will automatically apply any credits earned towards your maintenance fees.
You do not have to do anything in order to redeem these credits.
It can take up to 60 days for us to process the credits to your account. There
are a couple of reasons, but the main reason is:

When we see that a referral has toured, there is some documentation that has to
go between Gold Key Resorts ("the developer") and the Owners' Association, and
it takes a few of weeks for the paperwork to be processed.
